Can you tell me about your website?

  • Queen City Sportscards is a locally owned and Charlotte based website helping to get collectors the best variety of sportscards. 

  • We are located in the North Carolina/South Carolina (primarily Charlotte) region with no plans yet of opening a brick & mortar location.

  • We have been active for 13 + years on eBay as "qcsportscardsnet". 

    • Please check our 30,000 + positive feedbacks indicating thousands of happy collectors.

 

Will you price match?

Queen City Sportscards will not only match, but will BEAT all online prices from legitimate websites for IN-STOCK products.

  • This does not include eBay or Amazon. 

 

How Do I Place An Order?

Click on an item to place it in your cart.  You will be able to checkout securely using PayPal when you are finished shopping by clicking "Cart" at any time.

 

What payment types do you accept?

We only accept PayPal as a valid payment type at this time.

Please explain how pre-sell products work?

  • If you purchase a pre-sell product (an item solicited by the manufacturer, but not yet released to the public) with products that are already in stock in the same transaction, nothing ships until the pre-sell products are released. 

  • If you wish for your in stock items to ship sooner, please do not combine in stock products with pre-sell products in the same transaction.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are determined by the price of the order:

  • $195 or more ships for FREE!

  • $0 - $194.99 ships for $7.49

Please note we do not offer next day/overnight shipping at this time.

 

What is your shipping timing?

Any orders placed by 9:00 pm ET will ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 9:00 pm ET will ship the second business day.

 

Which shipping companies do you use?

We use USPS (Ground Advantage & Priority) Mail as our primary shipping company and at our discretion we may use UPS Ground.

 

***Please note we do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time***.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns & refunds are only granted if the product is returned factory sealed and unopened within 7 days from delivery.  Due to constant price fluctuations in the market we will be unable to accept returns after 7 calendar days post product delivery.
